Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler have been burning up the tabloids for months, and now, lucky us, they’ll be smoldering on the Palace big screen! “The Bounty Hunter” runs Friday, April 16 through Thursday, April 22 at 7 p.m. nightly. We will also show this movie in a 9 p.m. Late Show on Saturday, April 17, and in our regular matinee on Monday, April 19 at 2 p.m. Nicole’s (Aniston) ex-husband Milo (ButlerThis film runs 110 minutes, and is rated PG-13 for sexual content, suggestive language and violence.), a former cop who is now a bounty hunter, draws the assignment of tracking down his ex-wife, who has skipped bail – lots of potential for fun and games. It’s been quite a while since we’ve held a 9 p.m. showing at the theatre. Attendance for Late Shows dropped off significantly, so a few months ago we decided to stick to 7 p.m. and matinee movies only. We’ll see how this one goes…. SUMMER 2010 Thank you, thank you, thank you for the tremendous at-the-door response to our digital drive! Have you purchased your card to hang on the wall or picked up a pamphlet to contribute a greater donation? You can also find the information and donation forms online at www.vintonpalace.org. Why is it so important that you contribute to this cause? If we can raise the money through donations, we will be able to keep our $2 admission price for 2-D films and charge just $3 for 3-D! Thank you for supporting the Palace Theatre!
