The Price Sisters and their band come to us from Monroe County, Ohio. Inspired by Bill Monroe, twin sisters Lauren (mandolin) and Leanna (fiddle) are creating a lot of excitement in the traditional music world with their unique interpretation of the old Monroe classics. Also influenced by the Carter Family, Jimmie Rodgers and Hazel Dickens, their vocal harmonies are unsurpassed, strengthened by a bond only siblings can share. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DxWGdiT50s
Milltown will open the show. This progressive bluegrass band has put on a great show every time they've played here. They are a lot of fun to watch! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXcHXrA83Bs
There may also be an opportunity to enjoy the artwork of some area artists as we are exploring this
possibility with the Vinton Guild of Fine Arts.
