12 days until the “Mary Ingalls – Her Journey” Pageant debuts for the 2nd Season on the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School auditorium stage beginning Friday July 31, 2015

The cast and crew are working hard to make this 2nd Season as enjoyable and moving as the premiere season. The IBSSS Mary Ingalls Society is preparing to show off the Founders Room and Museum for visitors. These will both be open for one hour before each performance. So leave some extra time to stroll through history.

You will be entering Old Main by the front door where you will be greeted and asked to sign the guest book. Our efforts to get the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School to qualify for an Iowa State Museum designation and Highway sign require strict accounting of all who enter the doors. So we don’t miss any opportunity to add to the list of visitors.

Dates of performances are July 31 at 7:00 p.m., August 1 at 7:00 p.m. and August 2 at 2:00 p.m. Parking is available on the circle drive in front of Old Main, in the lot behind the gym and the large lot at the back of the property off Highway 218. There will again be golf carts and drivers to bring anyone needing/requesting assistance to Old Main. Signs will also be posted to assist you to find the designated parking from various street locations.

Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased at the door or on line at www.ACT1.orgPlease note the last time this address was listed it was incorrect. The letter I was used in place of the number 1. We apologize for this error, which was due to our typo and not the paper’s.

We look forward to your visit and to sharing this great experience with you.
