The Vinton Presbyterian Handbell Choir will be having a Concert to celebrate 25 years of Handbell ringing on April 19th, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Admission is free and open to the public.
In the last 25 years, the Presbyterian Church has had an Adult choir, Junior High and Senior High Choir and 2 children’s choirs
The Bell Choirs have played over 100 church services at our church and many other churches in Vinton and Benton County. We have also played at Three Weddings, Two Funerals, several nursing homes, Party in the Park, the Brandon Christmas Festival, a few senior dinners at our church and the skating rink. We have played several concerts over the years at our church and others. We have attended many workshops around Iowa. We have even hosted a few. We have also attended two Area VIII conventions in Cedar Rapids in 1994 and 2004.
Who knows what we will accomplish in the next 25 years? We thank all of you for your generous support of the Bell Program at the Presbyterian Church.
