Mystery and illusion will have patrons shaking their heads and gripping the armrests of their very comfy Palace seats this week when “Now You See Me” appears on the silver screen.
According to Summit/Lionsgate Film Studios, “Now You See Me” pits an elite FBI squad, led by Mark Ruffalo’s character, in a game of cat and mouse against The Four Horsemen, portrayed by Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave (brother of James) Franco, and Isla Fisher, a super-team of the world's greatest illusionists. The Four Horsemen pull off a series of daring heists against corrupt business leaders during their performances, showering the stolen profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the law.
Throw Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, and a large buttered popcorn into the mix and you have all you need to enjoy a terrific suspense thriller.
Opening Friday, July 12 through Thursday, July 18 at 7 pm, and Monday, July 15 at 2 pm, “Now You See Me” is rated PG-13 and runs just under 2 hours.
Hope I see you at the movies!
