Members of University of Iowa Community Credit Union elected Laurel Day, Karin Franklin, Charles McComas and Laura Reed to the Board of Directors at the 74tha nnual meeting of UICCU on March 21.
The 2012 Board of Directors was sworn-in during the organizational Board meeting the following day. The Board elected Laura Reed, Chairperson; Jeff Disterhoft, President; Mark Moser, Vice-Chairperson; Dean Borg, Chief Financial Officer; and Jean Harney, Secretary. Pat McGrath, Tom Lepic and Fred Mims also serve on the Board of Directors.
The Credit Union is chartered to serve those who live or work in 42 counties in eastern Iowa and UI alumni nationwide. UICCU membership totals 91,000 with assets of $1.5 billion. Offices are located at 825 Mormon Trek Blvd, 500 Iowa Ave, 2525 Muscatine Ave, Iowa City; 1151 2nd Street, Coralville; 585 W. Penn St, North Liberty; 705 6th Ave, Grinnell; 2340 Edgewood Rd SW, Cedar Rapids; 405 S Blairsferry Crossing, Hiawatha; and 412 1st Ave, Vinton.
