In recognition of his commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence, Eric Coulter has been promoted to Executive Vice President at Cedar Valley Bank & Trust. In this role, Eric will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, including deposit operations, compliance, information and physical security, human resources, facilities, and customer service. His responsibilities span managing account opening and closing, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating audits, supervising IT and security, and supporting staff development and training.
