Business : Premier Tech expands its septic service offer with an acquisition in Vinton

Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of Karr's Septic Service, located in Vinton, Iowa, by its Water and Environment Business Group. This acquisition aligns with the strategic plan of Premier Tech to deliver end-to-end services and turnkey support for owners of on-site wastewater treatment systems.

The acquisition allows Premier Tech Water and Environment to establish two new positions in Iowa and expand its range of septic services to homeowners throughout Eastern Iowa. The acquisition also enables Premier Tech to expand its time-of-transfer diagnostic service to homeowners across Iowa's main markets.
