Vinton Family Dental welcomes new dentist and new office remodel.

Vinton Unlimited celebrated Vinton Family Dental and its newly remodeled offices with a ribbon cutting earlier this month.

Drs. Douglas Hanneman and Bryan Horak D.D.S. and staff were on hand to show off their new office space.

The office is part of a group of offices owned by Dr. Vandello Family Dentistry out of Waterloo. The business owns six offices beginning with the original officeRidgeway Dental.

Vinton Unlimited held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, October 12 at Vinton Family Dental in Vinton. The ceremony commemorated a recent remodel of the office, as well as to welcome new dentist Dr. Bryan Horak to the Vinton location.

Horack was originally hired for the Ridgeway office, but Human Resources Director Brian Buckles said he felt that the Vinton location was a perfect place for the dentist.

"He just seemed like a great fit for Vinton, and he's done a fantastic job," Buckle said.

Vinton Family Dental is one of 6 locations in the Family Dentistry network. There are also locations in Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Moline, IL and Chillicothe, MO. As Director, Buckles makes his rounds between all the locations but said he always enjoys coming to Vinton.
