Clickstop, Inc. and its CEO were recognized for their people-first approach to creating a best-in-class workplace culture by Top Workplaces. At the event held on September 21 in Des Moines, Clickstop received the following honors:

  • CEO, Cari McCoy, was one of three leaders to receive the Mid-Size Business Leader award out of more than 200 organizations.
  • The company was named an Iowa Top Workplace for the 9th time, ranking #4 of 55 mid-size companies in the state.
  • Out of five possible Culture Excellence Awards, Clickstop received distinction in three areas:
    • Top Workplaces for Appreciation
    • Top Workplaces for Professional Development
    • Top Workplaces for Employee Well-Being

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
