"We are happy to be back in Vinton! We are up and running. We hope that people from Vinton take advantage of the Art activities that we will be offering," said Dandeena Schadle owner of Pourville Art Studio and Gallery. Pourville had to relocate last December after the building sold where they had previously been located. The business had been in that location for three years prior.

Pourville will hold a Grand Re-Opening on Saturday, September 17 from noon until 4:00 p.m. at their new location 117 West 4th St.

Schadle, was born and raised in Vinton. She later taught Art Education for 5 years in Fredericksburg then moved back to the area to be closer to family and took a K-8 Art teaching and coaching job in the Union Community School District in Dysart. She taught there for 28 years teaching Art and retired in 2021. She just couldn't put down her paintbrushes for a thing like retiring so she created her dream job, and art studio.

Featuring some of her own work as well as many local artists, she has made Pourville into a unique shop. It's a great stop for tourists and locals alike. The shop offers one-of-a-kind gifts and home decor available for yourself or that hard to buy for relative! You're sure to find something that you need while there.

She also offers painting and other creative classes. (A new calendar for the month of September can be seen in the photos.)
