By Melissa Schwan, Vinton Unlimited To continue our efforts to promote shopping in Vinton, we are again offering the 0% Holiday Loan Program. This program allows shoppers to borrow money from a Vinton bank at 0% interest for up to 6 months to make purchases at participating businesses.

'Pink at the Pump:' New Century Fast Stop station supporting National Breast Cancer Foundation
