Where: East Side of the Courthouse, Downtown Vinton, IA

Come run (or walk) to support Breast Cancer Awareness and the Gifts of Hope fund through the Virginia Gay Hospital Health Care Foundation.

Race Options: In-Person or Virtually

PINK! In-Person Race

Join us downtown for an exciting evening 5K/10K through a brand-new course!

Children's Race will begin at 7 PM - Race route will be around the courthouse. Children 8 and under - $5 per child. Medals provided for each child participating.

5K/10K Start Time: 7:15 PM

Awards Ceremony: Approx. 8:45 PM in front of the Vinton Courthouse. Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place for each age and gender category.

In-person results will be posted and are separate from the virtual event.

Can’t attend? We’ll ship your shirt for a flat $7.50 anywhere in the U.S. Note: T-SHIRT GUARANTEED with registration by July 3, 2026.

All proceeds benefit the Virginia Gay Hospital’s GIFTS OF HOPE fund, which provides free mammograms, diagnostic services, clinic visits, co-pays, pelvic exams, and Pap tests to individuals who need financial help. Every step you take helps someone take their next step toward health. Stay for the Fun!

The Party in Pink 5K/10K is part of Vinton’s Annual Party in the Park — after the race, enjoy food vendors, music, and more on the courthouse lawn!
