VINTON — The Vinton-Shellsburg Vikette varsity soccer team (5-2) took on the Mount Vernon Mustangs at the Karr Athletic Complex on April 19. The Mustangs won 4-2. Mustang senior striker scored three goals. Ashlie Meyer scored two goals in a row, with the second one coming off of a beautiful corner kick by junior striker Abby Davis.
