VINTON — The Vinton-Shellsburg Viking varsity basketball (3-15) took on the Benton Community Bobcats (5-14) in Garrison Fieldhouse and earned a 52-50 victory over the Bobcats.

Gunnar Moen and Kaden Kingsbury each led the Vikings with 14 points, Benett Rickels scored eight.
