Vikette basketball loses to Clippers 64-40

VINTON - The Vinton-Shellsburg Vikette varsity basketball team (11-6, 5-3 WaMaC West) took on the Clear Creek Amana Clippers inside Garrison Fieldhouse on Jan. 25 and the Clippers defeated the Vikettes 64-40.

Sophia Kreutner led the Vikettes with nine points, Alyssa Griffith had seven, Brylee Bruce, Julia Johnson and Ashlie Meyer added six each, Kalie Burke, Peytin Clemensen and Abby Davis added two each.
