Dear Editor,
If there ever was a well-oiled machine, this organization is it. From the first contact with you to the picture book I received, I couldn't think of a single thing that I believe could be improved upon. During Susan Charlier's childhood, I was her guardian, so on this trip, it was extra special that she could be my guardian to guide me to the memorials throughout the day. After a full day of walking while absorbing the sites and getting back on the plane, I told Susan, I'm going to kick back to get some shuteye. She didn't say anything as she knew the procedure. A few minutes into the flight, someone called Mail call and the mail started coming. I may have received more mail on this flight than I received during my entire time in the army and didn't get through half of it before the plane landed. A veteran sitting next to  Susan received very little so the thought crossed my mind to give him some of mine  but this mail was too personal. Mail call was always  such a highlight for me while in the service. Needless to say I want to thank all the people that make this organization work. You're the best!!!
Respectfully,Bernhard Fokken
