Ok Trumpers spin this. Rather than getting us out of his war in Iran, Trump’s interest is “Trumpifying” the nation’s capital, spending millions making the city as trashy as any one of Trump family properties.

Trump decided this spring that the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool needed that special Trump look and hired his pool guy in a no-bid contract to drain and fix the reflecting pool with an american flag blue color on the bottom.

Of course, the genius builder again did not know what he was doing. In a rush to get this done  before the 4th of July, incompetent pool guy did not apply the material correctly and in a matter of a few days the algae were back and the blue substance was peeling off.

Trump will never admit that his pool guy messed it up and concocted a wild story of antifa, left-wing horrible democrats, communists, and anyone else he could think of cut the material first in a 100 ft slash, then 200, then 250, the 300 ft 350 ft gash and by golly they can prove it. They arrested and charged a former Olympian who had the bad luck of picking up a piece of the floating material with a felony.

Infamous Jeanine Pirro, U.S. Attorney and former FOX news commentator, was in front of the camera unequivocally declaring that they had the goods and this treasonous David Kern was guilty. They even had witnesses that said he pulled the material up in big chunks.

Trump ranted anytime he could about those leftist, communist, democratic, villains were the culprit. Secretary of Interior Doug Bergum was interviewed several times including the Sunday talk shows that Hearn was the guy and they could prove it.

The National Guard has been brought in to protect the pool from those leftists, Antifa, communists, democrats. That was after in the great wisdom of Trump to produce a photo opt, many decked out motorcade vehicles were driven across the new blue pool. (Note: I don’t know if that stunt caused any problems with the coating but one would expect that the genius builder would know not to be driving on the pool surface at all, let alone when the substance had not had time to cure.) No wonder his businesses went bankrupt six times with this kind of action.

Oh, Oh, the truth is hard to swallow when it comes out that this is all a made-up story because it couldn’t be that Trump screwed-up hiring the pool guy with a no bid contract. The charges were dropped on Friday when Pirro finally had to admit it was not vandalism but incorrect installation from the pool guy that caused the peeling.

What is so wrong about this is that Trump and his administration had no problem arresting 6-7 people and charging one with a felony, destroying his reputation making him enemy number one in America.

The Department of Interior Doug Bergum, knew from almost the beginning that it was defective installation and materials with no 350 ft gash anywhere but because Trump is such a baby that a convoluted story had to be asserted to provide cover for Trump’s decisions. They all were willing to destroy this man with ‘trumped’ up charges because Trump could not own up to his mistake.

I wonder how the Trumpers will spin this to excuse the Trump administration for their actions.  Trump’s attention is anywhere other than where it should be; the Iran war, curbing inflation, the stalled economy or the release of the remaining 3 million Epstein files. I hope Hearn sues the administration for false charges, defamation, and anything else appropriate. By the way, when will Trump apologize—I won’t hold my breath.

P.S. On cue Saturday, in a Truth Social comment Trump wrote concerning the dropped charges, "I disagree 100% with Jeanine Pirro… "I don’t know what she was thinking?" Pirro just might be the next one fired because you do not go against Trump even when the truth proves otherwise. What great President we have.
