Due to the extreme weather conditions we’ve had this summer, we’ve noticed that many of the sidewalk pots look distressed due to a lack of enough water and fertilizer. We strongly recommend WATERING DAILY WITH AT LEAST ONE (1) GALLON OF WATER. In addition, we also recommend the use of a good FLOWER FERTILIZER a minimum of TWO (2) TIMES PER WEEK according to label directions. If you notice the street light pots look so healthy because they are watered three times a week using a total of 4 gallons of a water/fertilizer mixture for the week. The City of Independence has the same flowers from the same grower as we do and they sent a representative down this week to see why ours were so much better. They explained that they were only fertilizing once a month and now understand the reason why theirs didn’t compare to ours. Please share with your fellow business owners who may not see this.
