Nationwide, hospitals and blood centers are currently dealing with

critical blood supply shortages.

At LifeServe Blood Center, we have just a 1-2 day supply of some blood types, like O-negative, O-positive, and A-negative. Without more

donations soon, hospitals may be forced to delay treatments and

surgeries.

This July, LifeServe collected about 2,500 units of blood below

expectations.

Blood can't be manufactured, and every donation helps replenish a

supply patients rely on every day at nearly 180 hospitals.
