The 2026 Benton County Community Health Needs Assessment, (CHNA) is now live. The CHNA is an important tool used to identify the most pressing health and human service needs of Benton County residents, as well as those who work & participate in recreational activities here. It helps local health and human service providers understand our community's strengths, identify gaps in services, and establish priorities that guide future programs, services, and funding opportunities.
Community participation in the CHNA makes a meaningful difference. The more responses received, the more accurately local organizations and community leaders can understand and respond to needs and priorities across Benton County.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. No personal or contact information is collected, and respondents may skip any question or exit the survey at any time.
