Business Vinton Guild of Fine Arts has a Home of its Own - Open House

The Vinton Guild of Fine Arts has new digs! The new VGFA studio is located at 201 E. 4th St, across from the courthouse. The building got a fun and cheerful facelift recently, when Guild members painted a “flower power” theme on the avocado facade.

VGFA will celebrate having the new space downtown with a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm. All community members are invited. The reception will include food and drinks, a raffle, and door prizes.

Donated artwork will be on display, as well as the newly completed community mural project, "Riverside Park, Past and Present."

The community is also invited to stop in to the studio during Boomfest, August 29, 9 am - 2 pm. Additional artwork will be on display and available for purchase.
