Harley A. McNeal, 73, of Davenport, IA, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Davenport Good Samaritan Society .
Harley was born in Vinton, IA on September 17, 1945 to Charles and Ethel (Noe) McNeal.
Harley graduated from Vinton Community High School in 1964. He owned and operated Harley McNeal Construction in Vinton, IA.
He enjoyed spending time with his dogs.
Harley married Mamie Lopshire on February 11, 1984 in Vinton, IA.
Harley is survived by his wife and his sister Rosalie (Carl) Zeller of Troy Mills, IA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters: Helen Staton, Luella Griffioen and Leota Sailer.
